umThiba is a private lodge set in the heart of Weavers Nature Park , a natural sand forest neighbouring to Phinda game reserve, in close proximity to St Lucia World Heritage site.
This comfortable lodge allows the visitor the chance to experience nature and wildlife at its unspoiled best from a deck chair on the veranda or while walking the many nature trails that traverse the diverse indigenous bush and grasslands that make up the park.
The park is home to wildebeest, giraffe, warthog, zebra and a large variety of antelope and with the wealth of birdlife is a birdwatchers paradise.
umThiba is fully equipped for self catering and is suitable for couples as well as groups of family and friends.
The Lodge has a fully equipped kitchen, open plan large dining room, kitchen and lounge, spacious open veranda, DSTV, Boma with fire pit, swimming pool, fully serviced & child friendly. We also have undercover parking for 2 cars.
Our accommodation features eparate fully equipped self contained cottage for two, with 3 air conditioned bedrooms. We have 2 en suite bedrooms opening onto decked verandas, 1 bedroom with loft suitable for children. Shower under the stars
